Is it only for paid mudfish user?

Yes.  But PBE(Public Beta Environment) nodes of Mudfish are free to use.


It will use my mudfish traffic balance?

YES if your data plan is pay-per-traffic.  However NO if your data plan is
subscription.

Is there a speed cap?

YES if your data plan is subscription.  However NO if your data plan is
pay-per-traffic.  Please check :ref:`Data Plans` section for detailed speed
cap information.
