If it doesn't work even with [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html), did you check the core log of Mudfish found at "Status -> Processe" menu?  Is there any warning or error messages at there?  

there is no error in the process menu, but i still can't connect to the nodes. I tried other nodes but its the same. Sometimes i could connect to the node for a couple of second and then my public ip changed back again  
  
nb: i got mudec_00262 error before and after i changed tap mtu to 1200 it doesn't appear again, but still i just can connect to the node for some second then my original ip is back

Sure, actually i have sent it but still got no response yet. I'll send it again.

Oopps.. Really?  If it's successfully reported to Mudfish server, it'll automatically create a topic at forums for your report.  If you can't see it, it means there's a problem then you should retry.
