Please make sure that How do I know if its working? section is okay for you.  Then please try to change mudfish node option for game item based on FAQ - Nodes

i just log in at league of legends and my ping in game is the same as it used to be

Can I know what's your curreng ping without Mudfish?  The expected RTT is around 75 ms.  However did you check your ISP too?  At http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=188558 link, I can see your RTT information recorded at Mudfish.  At here RTT stddev shows that it's unstable to most of mudfish nodes (20 ~ 30 ms).  It means your ISP has an issue.

my ping without mudfish goes fro 58 to 97 whhen i play but its always stable. if i start the game with 58 thats the ping i will have for the rest of the game. if i start the game with 97ms thenm thats my ping for the rest of it

Weird.... Could you please test with Full VPN mode enabled?  Even is it same?
