Is this issue only happening at mudfish android app? Or happning at mudfish program for desktop too?

i think its only happen when im using broadband connection. when im using my mifi. it still work. dns blocking maybe? but im using dns changer still wont work. and yes it's only on my android

Little bit confused.  Are you meaning that both side (with android or with broadband connections) doesn't work? Please confirm for me that How to check the basic functionality works on your environment with mudfish program for desktop.  I need to see whether it's okay.

Did you try to use different Connection Protocols?  It could be a MTU issue.

how to use diff protocols? i cant even go to menu after fill id and password in android. pls update ur mudfish app in android. i hate it i cant even connect thru android :/

oh god why could i change password? it wouldnt change everything. what should u do is just check the android app. can u check playstore review? many of them getting same issues. disconnected when it is not even connect yet after enter the password

check your app.compatibility im using android 7. nougat. u could fix this in 1 week. if not i guarantee it. u will.lost 20+ customers that payment made with my paypal address.

Recenlt I'd released mudfish app v4.4.8 for Android and available at Google Play.  Did you try to use it too?

Let me try to get one having Android 7.0 Nougat. :-(  I need to test it and reproduce this problem.
