with full vpn it works np but its bad, it when we close full vpn it doesnt bypass game guard i guess it detects ip not korean somehow

Okay.. Then still it means there's a missed IP block on the game item.  If you're familiar with Wireshark, please send me some packet dump files using Packet Capture with Wireshark link.  Specially Stove Launcher is executed.

Security module is XIGNCODE, it ip block also, I think.
