Why do i always lost connection after signing in for the first time? Either ethernet or wifi i cant connect at all need to refresh again and again the website just to connect and it will take 5-10 minutes to have connection again. My internet is fine but mudfish is taking too long to configure. Is this normal? I'm using basic mode HK Azure 3. I don't use full vpn mode or fastconnect.

Are you meaning whole internet is disconnected? If then I don't know why. :-( Did you check your router is okay at that moment?

7 year agoYes. I always check my router if my internet connection is lost. It only happened whenever i signed from mudfish then configuring and maybe 1-2 minutes after signing in my connection will be lost either on wifi and ethernet even in my other devices like my phone. I disabled my firewall.

7 year agoWeird... Then did you try to change Connection Protocols to TCP based? I'm not sure this issue is happending at your router level or your desktop level.

7 year agoIt's now fine when i changed Connection Protocols to TCP. Thank you. And i will observe it for now :).
