Hi Support Team,
since last 3days, I couldn't Login Black Desert JP via Mudfish.
other VPN service still could access there.
could you check it? I bought just Black Desert item.

6 year agothanks Reply. but unfortunately the process is look like old.... it could be passed Web access. but aftwer software blocked access.

6 year agoCould you please confirm that it's also same with Full VPN mode enabled? Sometimes this issue is caused by that mudfish game item doesn't have enough information.
