Please check Auto configuration gets stuck at 10% section first to see where this issue is from.

hi. currently the auto-configure is working fine but i cannot launch the game. every time i tried to connect, the launcher asked me to check my internet connection. under status > process > core, the last line should be 'ready'. but in my case, it says 'empty file'.. was hoping to get better guidance as i am not really savvy in this setup..
