We think bypassing to the game is apparently violation of terms.

If so, why do u guys make VPN and support not only this game, but also the others. Is that about to help people enjoy the game ?? You say so is not different from take a slap to my face as your customer. Im not Korean but i have so many Korean friends and my account is 100% legit Korean friend gifted. NOT the cheap-steal information out there, hope u to got this point as a Korean. Additionally, i knew clearly about the hates between Kr player and Chinese-hacker players (NOT ALL Chinese Players). I'm not racist, but just clarify to u that im NOT those Chinese-hacker players. i just want to enjoy the game with some of my Kr friends, we have been playing together from Black Desert, Nexon Moonlight Blade. and some others. As a player, i respect the fair-play and act-well of Kr Players. As a person, i respect the personal information is unique. Hence, all of my Kr game acc is 100% Kr friend gifted.  We, as English players, we just want to enjoy the game. Moreover, there are so many Kr players joined our public discord to help translate, that's mean we are friend and opened-mind. Even if in game, there is only a small amount of toxic people, who keep fking stupidly report and racist. If so, we have met them in so many games and communities, not just LOST ARK. Hope you guys got this point.  Back to the issue, i text to you just because of that announcement from the Lost Ark community administrator. I don't even know who TF is he, tbh. This is the technical issue, is that right and you should support me instead of giving out this stupid joke ???  Get back to the issue, if you cannot solve this issue or at least give out the right answer. Speaking officially for this point, we're not collecting the information which mudfish nodes are blocked or collected for these inspection by the game publisher (smilegate).  (As you might know, we don't know either which one is under their inspection. :-)).  Also we don't have a plan to provide these information for mudfish users.  So please use mudfish nodes at your risk.

No need to rant and blame Mudfish... The developers are banning people for using VPN's is what I am gathering from this post. Nothing Mudfish can do other than to offer their service.
