Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you're using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.

I first started off using this service with basic mode, worked fine, 103~ ping no matter what node I used for SG routing. Then my aussie friend using mudfish playing the same game showed me to use advanced mode, and I then returned a complete stable 83-85 ping as well, for about 2 weeks. Now, for the last 3 days, ping is all over the place, although today it's a flat 250~ not changing, even though I have done nothing on my end, at all. I only started changing routing in hopes of it fixing itself after the problem started arising. :-( Please check your ISP for this issue because recently I'm getting some feedbacks from other users at AU due to this high ping to SG.  I think there's an issue of the international submarine cable issue between AU and SG.
