suddenly account credit became -1.23, before this was 2.55usd

2) How could it be reproducible?

whenever i turn on VPN, i get mudec-00049 error

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I'd reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
