:-( It seems your issue is caused by bad peering between your ISP and mudfish master server's ISP. Even mudfish master server are on KT (one of best internet line at south korea), it seems RTT avg and std between your ISP are pretty bad (RTT avg 1,200 ms and stddev 1,300 ms) while other RTT to other korea nodes are 210 ms.

And even more connections to fetch node and routing table information are still failed by this peering issue.

Frankly speaking no easy way to solve this isse at my side. At this moment only a way to solve would be with trying to multiple times. :-(

It has been working fine lately but i'm having hard time getting lower pings connecting to chicago and D.C. servers in the US.  
Are there any more available servers close that i can try and connect to?  

Normally to play a game with mudfish, you can pick a mudfish node closer to your physical location or pick a mudfish node closer to your game server location.  
  
Which game are you playing and where does the game server locate?  

I'm located in Florida and i play Quake Live. The servers are usually located in Chicago or D.C. I was able to lower the ping using full VPN using Jacksonville, Crissic node. However it doesn't always work and when i try to connect using Chicago or New York servers they don't work in lowering the ping. I also play on Texas server and using the available Texas servers work fine. i'm having issues connecting to Chicago and D.C. servers  

Umm.. Then I think Minecraft link is helpful for your case becasue I think you can know game server IP address for Quake Live.  At mudfish there are multiple ways to play the game without Full VPN mode.  For example, with creating your own custom item you can see better RTT information and suggestions from mudfish program.  
  
With Full VPN mode, there're some limitations to see real RTT information from your desktop to game server through mudfish nodes.  

why is my balance being used much faster now?  
The first time i paid $3 and it lasted me 2 months playing my game..i had to add credit recently so i paid another $3 few days ago but my balance now is already at $1.98..something is wrong here..  

Hi. This is mudfish support. When i checked your log, you set "full VPN" mode enable. Is that right? I think that is your balance being used much faster. "full VPN" mode enabled, all network traffic is through mudfish. If you don't use "full VPN" mode, please turn off "full VPN" mode.
