i configurated my dota 2 game alredy but cant see any difference on my ping any help? :/

Okay.  I'm here now. :-)  Here is my comment:
  
* According to your configuration, it seems you're using Full VPN mode with "BZ South America (Sao Paulo - Vig28)" node.  Does it make a difference?
  
* Please try to use UDP as connection protocol rather than TCP which found 'Setup -> Program' menu because DOTA 2 is based on UDP protocol.
  
* Please turn off FastConnect mode because it's meaningless for DOTA 2. :-) Normally it's for TCP based games (e.g. Blade and soul).
