Normally it's happening on Mudfish via "Items". :-)  For example, if you equip the Blade and Soul game item of Mudfish, only game related traffics are routed through Mudfish.  
    
However in Mudfish there are other methods to do for this purpose; please check [Unsupported Games](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/support/unsupported_games.html) link for details. :-)  

I have equipped that game item but whenever i start other applications like youtube or utorrent the "Realtime Traffic" show substantial increase in traffic. So that make me confuse...

Hi. This is mudfish support. Mudfish service based on "Item". User equipped Game Item, mudfish accelerate that you know. But, if you turn on the "Full VPN" mode,  mudfish accelerate all of internet packet (like youtube, torrent, facebook so on.). When i checked your log, you turn on the "Full VPN" mode. If you don't want to all of internet packet  acceleration, please turn off the "Full VPN" mode. Acceleration   Acceleration 

As mentioned by @zerynx, please make sure that Full VPN mode is turned off.
