I'm having the same issue as well. When launching game, the launcher just has a black window - without mudfish loads all the news items correctly.

Weird because I can't find any RTT information on mudfish side.  Are you using Mudfish under network firewall?  Please try to use [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) and check that there's a difference.

We need to check that the basic functionality of Mudfish is working correctly.  Please follow Quckstart and visit http://myip.mudfish.net site.  Could you see the proper message on that site?  

Did the Quickstart and clicking the given URL to check if it's working has given me a "This site can't be reached." Not sure what I did wrong. Everything, aside from the FFXIV item(which I've tried both on and off), is set to the default. Turning Full VPN mode has the same result.  

Hi, did exactly the same as xelhes05, same issue. When loading what is my ip page of mudfish, it just stays stuck on waiting for over 3 minutes. Tested on Full VPN mode as well, same issue. That means mudfish is not loading on PC at all. I have logged in using Administrator mode, closed application processes and retried, same thing.

Okay.  It looks that the basic functionality of Mudfish isn't working properly.  Then let's try to simplify this option and try as follows:  
  
* Set a [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) again.  
  
* And change [Connection Protocols](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/references/connection_protocols.html) from current UDP to another (might be TCP).  
  
* Visit http://myip.mudfish.net whether it's working.  
  
* If it's not working, please pick a another connection protocol available after enabling [Expert Mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/expert_mode.html).  
  
* Then repeat it again with Full VPN mode.  
  
At least you should see a proper message at http://myip.mudfish.net link.

It seems to work after I changed to TCP and enabled Full VPN Mode. Thank you!

Scratch that...even without Full VPN it works, just needed TCP
