If you're try to access the web site, I think using [Mudfish Browser Extension](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/browser_extension.html) is more handy.  Did you try with it?  

The reason why I use add item is to prevent the full VPN service. Also browsing from the said app is far more convenient rather than browsing it from the web browser.

If you're trying to create Custom Item, you should at least have some network concepts such as routing, CIDR and etc.  Moreover you should know how hostnames are asssociated with that target server.  So if you're not familiar with these, using [Mudfish Browser Extension](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/browser_extension.html) is reasonable choices. :-)    
  
And because it's not based on Full VPN mode, your web browsing traffics would be only affected.  

I know, but I mean I don't want Mudfish to stick it's nose on every website I visit, understand that this is what makes Mudfish different from other VPNs and that is also why I use it. So, would you kindly explain this to me? Or there's a tutorial or some documentation regarding this matter? Also, In the routing paths using domain name would suffice doesn't it? Because I did fill the section exactly like in the format example with the domain name but it still won't work. Anyway thanks.

Unfortunately it's out of scope I can cover for specific site. :-) However in general manner, 'whois' and element inspector of each browser would be your friendly tools to analyze the site.  Please note that this routing is very dependent on its site environment and DNS names.

Yes or no because most of large scale web sites doesn't be covered by a simple domain.  And if CDN (Content Delivery Network) is involved, it could be more complex.

Let's say I wanna add yande.re into the item. So, could you explain how to add it properly?

Here would be what I'd do for it:
  
1. Using Inspect feature of Firefox or chrome browsers, I'll travelse the site which hostname or domains are used for that side.
  
2. After sorting out domains, I'll try to lookup IP ranges of the site using 'ping' and 'whois' command.
  
3. Based on these information, I'll create a custom item. :-)

I think most of things are covered by my comment at here for a site you'd like to access.  And I'm not sure that what's blocking point to achieve your goal.  Could you please specify a specific thing you'd like to know?  I hope you don't want for me to explain everything from the scratch. :-)

Ok, just explain me how to get which hostname using inspect element and how t lookup IP ranges. I can't seem to find this tutorial anywhere.

Here is a example for Firefox:
  
1. Clicks a right click on the page then clicks "Inspect Element".
2. Click "Network" tab.  After that please visit a site you'd like to access.
3. At "domain" section, you can see all hostnames used by this site. :-)
