To add a desitnation for Australian Overwatch servers, I need a game server information.  When you get a chance, please send some game packets using [Packet Capture with Mudfish](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/support/packetdump_mudfish.html) link while playing the game.  After analyzing the packet, I'll update it for you.

I believe this is the IP to the oceanic group server 103.4.115.248 I was provided this IP by Blizz support to run some test. I am also from Australia and would appreciate if we had an option for Destination server please.

Hi, thank you. I can see the option now but I don't think it's working for some reason. It could be I've setup incorrectly. Still experiencing lag spikes from 20 ms to 800ms

According to your current setup, it seems you're using Full VPN mode with AU Oceania (Sydney - Equinix) node.  Does these lag spikes happen with Full VPN mode or game item (basic node mode? or advanced node mode?)?  

Full VPN and game item advanced mode. Also tried basic node but same thing. Spikes happen.
Is there a particular setting you could recommend for me to try please?

Based on your configuration, not much except that it'd be better to use UDP than TCP as "Connection Protocol" option if it works properly.  
  
If you're familiar to use WinMTR or PingPlotter tools, you can test against 103.4.115.1 IP which is one of known game server IPs.
