I'm not sure using the advanced node mode for game item is helpful for your case.  Could you try to change a node option from advanced to basic?  

  I was using SG Asia(Singapore HostUS), before my ping was:        
PNG: 54ms        
RTT: 87ms        
IND: 53ms        
        
now with the same node it's        
PNG: 332ms        
RTT: 497ms        
IND: 52ms  
  
tried other nodes the lowest I can get is  
PNG: 151ms  
RTT: 186ms  
IND: 53ms  
  
so I cant get the ping I was getting before. Hope you can help me. Thanks!

Did you check "Status -> Node" menu while Mudfish Launcher is running?  When I checked your RTT information on mudfish side, its RTTs are as follows:  
  
* SG Asia (Singapore - OneAsiaHost) - 35 ms  
* SG Asia (Singapore - SimplerCloud) - 37 ms  
* SG Asia (Singapore - HostUS) - 58 ms  

I see that makes sense I guess. hopefully I get lower ping again. Thanks for the help.

I have found a fix for the sudden high ping. it seems like Overwatch was forcing me to play on US servers, I read in battle.net forums that all I have to do if this happen is go to training mode and check my ping. If it is high, exit training mode and start it again. this should tell overwatch to bring you to the SEA servers.  
  
after re-creating training mode, I am now back to 60ms ping.
  
hopefully you can share this to other overwatch players.
