I don't know what's going on, but since switching from Pay Per Traffic to Subscription, Mudfish not only increases my ping, but also slows down the internet to a crawl by 90% (down to 3mbps from 30mbps). I tried multiple configs with full vpn on and off, and it doesn't seem to change anything.

Did you check [Data Plans](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/policy/data_plans.html) link before? It explains that Subscription has a speed cap limit.

10 year agoOh. Nope. Didn't catch that. I went with Subscription because Youtube was eating up loads of data when I was playing games and watching it at the same time (It didn't use to do that previously).

10 year agoIf you want to change your data plan, please let me know and I'll handle it for you. However normally without Full VPN mode on, it's rare to hit a maximum speed cap. Are you encounter the speed cap problem without Full VPN mode? If then it's weird.

10 year agoFull VPN increases the ping, without it there's barely any difference. I also don't remember Mudfish counting the data
I use outside the game (Youtube, Discord, Steam etc.), why is it doing it now in pay-per-traffic?

10 year agoNop your data plan is still in Subscription. I don't expect that using traffics for other sites costs your credits. :-)

10 year agoI mean, when I was watching Youtube while Mudfish was on and still in pay-per-traffic mode, after I exited the game, around 4 gigabytes were deducted from my data balance. That's when I decided to switch to subscription.

10 year agoIf you're really thinking that there's a problem, please turn on "Connection Log" option found under "Setup -> Account" menu. After that, you can monitor the traffic usages and destination IP addresses.
