Which game server are you accessing to Dota 2?  Did you try to use [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html)?

I am trying to access to Asia (Singapore). I just tried Full VPN mode and it only increases my ping.

What was your RTT without Mudfish?  At this moment it seems you're accessing to Japan game server of DOTA 2?  
  
I'm not sure that you tried to test with other mudfish nodes too.  

Yes I am testing mudfish on Japan server and RTT is around 200, but occasionally jump to 3000

and that is without Full VPN

3000 means that you're encountering a packet loss at some points though I'm not sure where it is.  Are you meaning that 200 is a value with Mudfish working?  And please check [How do I know if its working?](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/faq/program_common.html#how-do-i-know-if-its-working) section too while playing the game to make sure that it's applied properly.  

Yes it is working on the graph, I guess all it does is decreasing the packet loss, thanks anyway
