In a view of Mudfish, WoW game item of mudfish includes all information of retail servers and private servers.  So in my humble opinion, if you'd like to play for elysium WoW, you should see [Create Custom Item](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/dashboard/create_custom_item.html#create-custom-item) or [Mudfish with Proxifier](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/proxy/proxifier.html#mudfish-with-proxifier) documents.  
  
When you get a chance, please send me some game packets using [Packet Capture with Mudfish](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/support/packetdump_mudfish.html) while playing the elysium WoW with [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html).  After analyzing I can register it for you.  

I don't know the game server's IP Address for "create custom item". I uploaded a log of elysium wow playing for like 2 minutes or so.

I believe the game server's IP is 149.202.207.235 and it uses port 65001, but this is not CDIR format so I can't add it as a custom game..

I seem to have it working, but routing to US west then to france (or russia, wherever it's hosted?) is faster than routing to europe server, or through china.

It could be depending on the routing path however I think you should at least test manually for these suggestions to know the real experience.
