Are you meaning that you'd like to Elemental Server which located at Asia Japan?   Then could you please 'Status -> Nodes' menu to see what's reasonable RTT values to mudfish japan nodes?  Please check your ISP first. When I checked RTT information recorded in Mudfish, it seems RTT stddev values to most of mudfish nodes are quite unstable. It means your ISP has an network issue.
