Did you check Create Custom Item link too?  Normally these game server information (IP and Port), you should use Wireshark or TCPView to know it. :-)

I manged to learn how to use proxifier ..  I followed everything and it works fine when i add chrome.exe. but I get this error when I use ts3client .. [07.31 12:41:56] ts3client_win64.exe *64 - 194.87.145.45:41144 error : Could not connect through proxy 46.101.236.104:18081 - Proxy server cannot establish a connection with the target - general SOCKS server failure. tried different servers ..

Which SOCKS version did you try?  I'm not sure that SOCKS v5 is used with your ID/PWD properly. However does only 46.101.236.104 IP not work?  Other mudfish nodes are fine?

socks is v5 and id/pwd worked and its connecting for all programs but not for teamspeak i don't know the reason ..  tried many nodes

Then I'm guessing that your proxifier program doesn't support Teamspeak program properly. :-(
