It's very wierd..  Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It's a first thing you should test with CIK internet line.

I cannot even open mudfish.net with the CIK internet. Nor can I open the dashboard after I started the client. I have contacted CIK official and they ran some test saying that my IP is blocked by mudfish.net. I believe thats the case as well since if I have tried open mudfish.net with another VPN tool enabled, and it works. I just can't access mudfish.net with my current CIK IP. I have already emailed my CIK IP address to support@loxch.com. Can you help me check what is going on? Thanks.

I have sent the email again. The subject title of that email is "IP Address from Barry Huang"

Got it.  I think this IP you sent me isn't blocked at mudfish side.  And let me ask it to my ISP because they could block it.
