When I checked your RTT information, it seems something is wrong. Did you try to change 'RTT Checking Method' found at 'Setup -> Program' menu? I think we need to fix this issue first.

nope I did not change any info in RTT because I have no clue what that even is

the previous should indicate Connection protocol is TCP, RTT is TCP and Fast connect mode is OFF

Still something is wrong because I can't see any RTT information between your desktop and mudfish nodes... Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It's a first thing you should test.
