RTT updating process may could be delayed depending on how RTT calculation server is under load. So these behaviors occur showing different RTT values in Mudfish dashboard and in-game measurement. You can inspect how network traffic goes on with tools like WinMTR or PingPlotter.

hello, i have noticed that compared to yesterday the program is only reducing my ping by around 4-5ms instead of around 15-20, is there anything else on my end that i can do to further improve league of legends ping?

What about Full VPN mode? Picking a node that shows near flat graph may considered more consistency. In general, network congestion has getting increased on night to early morning.
