can't I just choose which node i want to connect in ? I have a list of nodes, but it always connects to a weird one,
say for example , 166,197,199,200-----------400+ ping. it connects to a 300+ and the Standard deviation is atrocious, 12, whereas the 197 one has a SD of 2 and , and 166 is alright , but has a 1/0/0 on it

- Picking a node that shows near flat graph may considered more consistency.
- In general, network congestion has getting increased on night to early morning.
