Hi can u guys help me out here? How do I know if the program is working out as intended?

For Savage Hunt: Dragon's Prophet

I have already bought the subscription, but my ping doesn't seem to get low in game and my graphics doesn't seem to change as well the RTT is stuck at 3000. I tried with a different game and it works. Just doesn't work with the game I want, which is Savage Hunt.
