First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I'd reset your mudfish credits a little bit.

Thank you for getting back to me! Actually, I can rule out the first link because I don't use twitch, I haven't gone to the site in months.

I read the CDN link and I recently updated my FFXIV game, I'm not sure if mudfish was turned on at the time or not but the item I turned on in mudfish was actually Gundam Evolution so I find it weird that even if I wasn't in Full VPN mode, it still ate up my credits.
