This was in a pending state since it required further inspection from Paypal platform. As a result, I have made another identical payment as I thought the payment failed, resulting in duplicated purchases. Would really appreciate it if this one can be refunded. I have also made a report on the Paypal side already. Sorry for the trouble.

Please check and let me know if there's something I still missed. At this moment, one of them is refunded by Paypal and another one is handled properly.
