Problem Report

My vpn keeps on disconnecting own its own. Once if i connect the vpn after 3 minutes it gets disconnected. Again I should connect the vpn manually, only connects for 2 - 3 minutes and again disconnected which interrupts my job. I am a mudfish user for 2 years and this experience is for the first time and it is very disappointing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

    @jabin Sorry for this inconvenience. However frankly speaking there's no changes of VPN tunnel side for a while. So I don't think this problem is from the mudfish client app itself.

    If possible, please check Problem Report and send us another problem report. When I checked this report, this problem report doesn't include the details.
