Cannot select a Mudfish node

i cant lower the ping using the default mode, this only works with full vpn. This stopped working few days ago. How can i fix that?

1) What's your issue encountering?

I have lost 2.58 (2.38 credit and I have -20cents currently) in data despite not downloading anything and leaving my computer at rest. I don't understand how I can go through so much credit when I only use it to play an mmorpg which outside of patches which I disable the vpn for, does not consume much data.

This happened last month as well not long after I topped up 3 dollars, and its very annoying to me as the previous 3 dollars I had credited lasted me 2-3 months. I want this issue solved and the credit refunded, or at the very least the negative credit on my balance removed as its ridiculous that the balance can even go negative when it cuts my connection.

2) 문제를 그대로 재현하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

어떠한 이유로 그러한 문제가 발생하는지 모르겠습니다.

그냥 어느 순간 보면 모든 중계서버가 트래픽이 하늘로 치솟거나 시스템에 부하가 걸려있으며 rtt그래프가 뒤죽박죽인 상태로 나옵니다.

도대체 어느 중계서버를 고르라는 것인지 모르겠습니다.

핑렉 감소를 위해서 돈을 지불하고 vpn을 쓰는데 왜 오히려 핑렉이 증가하는지 모르겠습니다.

제가 플레이 하는 게임의 서버 위치는 LA이고

미꾸라지에서 설정한 중계서버의 목적지도 LA로 설정했습니다.

중계서버에 연결한 이후 대시보드를 보아도 RTT그래프는 패킷 손실이라고뜨는데 다른 중계서버를 골라도 항상 패킷로스라고만 뜹니다. 목적지를 일본으로 설정하면 정상적인 그래프가 출력되지만, 제가 플레이 하는 게임의 서버 위치와 멀기 때문에 여전히 핑렉이 발생합니다.

또한 MUDEC 01159오류가 발생하는데 이것이 위의 문제와 관련이 있나요?

미꾸라지 포럼을 참조해 보아도 결국 어떻게 해결해야 한다는것 인지 설명을 이해하지 못하겠습니다.

My vpn keeps on disconnecting own its own. Once if i connect the vpn after 3 minutes it gets disconnected. Again I should connect the vpn manually, only connects for 2 - 3 minutes and again disconnected which interrupts my job. I am a mudfish user for 2 years and this experience is for the first time and it is very disappointing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Please also consider adding routing path support for:

• Subnet within process
• Subnet exclusions

Use cases would be:

For example, Honkai: Star Rail has a feedback hub who is redirected to an external internet browser. Its video upload feature uses the same subnet as their game servers. Hence,

• by using Subnet within process prevents external programs from consuming our traffic.
• by using Subnet exclusions allows us to manually exclude unwanted paths for the edge cases.

배틀필드 2042 아이템은 모든 노드의 패킷로스가 너무 심각하여 사용이 불가능하고, 차선책으로 배틀필드 5로 종량제 구매하여 사용시 노드 대부분이 작동하지 않습니다. 북미노드로 설정했음에도 불구하고 강제로 홍콩노드로 연결 진행되는 것으로 확인됩니다.

2) 문제를 그대로 재현하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

그냥 배틀필드 2042 아이템 구매후 북미 서부 노드 아무거나 선택후 게임 실행,혹은 배틀필드 V 구매후 북미노드 설정후 게임 실행하면 됩니다.
