Technical Support

FFXIV launcher and game is not working when using Mudfish VPN. I get a Black Screen on the launcher window and it is not loading any "news" items at all or showing login box. If I turn off the VPN, it works. I am using Windows 10.

I can't see some specific warning or error messages on Mudfish side.

I just recently got Mudfish an - Technical Support - Mudfish Forum
I just recently got Mudfish and was wondering if I could get any help with FFXIV, as the game now refuses to run from both the launcher and in game. I've set the node to what seemed like the best at the time (lowest score, traffic, flat graph), as well as a few other nodes, but the Launcher will be completely blank and if I start Mudfish after I log in the game will disconnect with an error saying it can't reach the server. Any help it appreciated.
