Did you try to use "US Central (Lombard, IL - Continuum LLC)" node too?  

I'm getting good ping on NJ but its not always. But the issue now is that a lot of the time I get "MUDEC_00045 The client doesn't response with DHCP protocol" and my configuration bar at the top my dashboard stays stuck at 10%. Why is this? I tried adding -O and -I to the shortcut in the properties but they don't fix it. I'm on windows 10. This happens about 50% of the time.

I have an issue connecting to Archeage NA. When I launch I get this error window: http://i.imgur.com/bcRGTZB.png  
What is the best settings for Archeage NA? I put FastConnect on and choose TCP and it seems to connect. But if I choose UDP it doesn't affect the game at all (I see a flat line in Realtime Traffic) why is that? What should I be setting it on?

When this issue happens, please restart Mudfish completely rather than 'log-out and relog in'.  :-( This is one of known issues.

This could be vary depending on your ISP and connection status.  But I think it's okay to use TCP protocol instead of UDP because the game itself is based on TCP.  And please specify a mudfish node for game item carefully based on [FAQ - Nodes](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/faq/nodes.html) link because most of game experience is depending on this.  

There is a new issue with the Archeage servers. Sometimes mudfish work's without an issue for a while but then disconnects me from the game. Once I'm disconnected I can never connect back again while mudfish is on. But if I turn it off the game connects instantly.

Weird... Could you please test with [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) as tempoary workaround?  Even is it same with it?

In my opinion, the best settings for Archeage NA would be with  
  
* FastConnect mode is ON.  
* UDP protocol for Connection Protocol.  
* Basic node mode for connection stability.  
  
However I can't tell you about what mudfish nodes are best for you because it's very changable depending on ISP or international cable status.  

My connection lately has been having packet loss issues. It'd be fine for a while then for a second or two it would lag like crazy (In league of legends). What settings would be best to reduce that? UDP/TCP/Fastconnect etc. Thanks

Only three things I can recommend for LoL: * Don't use FastConnect mode. * Try to change a mudfish node to another based on FAQ - Nodes section. * Use "Basic mode" rather than "Advanced mode" to pick mudfish node up first. :-)
