What is the meaning of the following words?"Select whether it's active or not affecting to set the routing table entries."

    Yes to enable mudfish for the item, no to disable mudfish.

    As mentioned by @lazyknob, it means that if the item is active, its configuration is set to your Windows and traffics would be redirected to mudfish nodes. If it's not active, no settings are applied.
