Which game you're referring to at this topic?  Is it for Blade and Soul or CS:GO?  This issue could be very related with mudfish nodes you'd picked.   If you're playing Blade and Soul, please change the game item configuration from advanced node mode to basic mode with "US West (N. California - Amazon EC2)".  Then try to send a ping.  
  
However which IP are you using for ping?  

It's Blade and Soul. The node I always pick is US Central (Phoenix, AZ - SingleHop) which gives me the lowest ping but from time to time it disconnects for like 1 minute.  
  
I don't know what's the use of advanced, I just tried it.  
  
I ping 64.25.35.100 to check my connection.

I'm not sure this disconnection issue is caused by their network problem because at front of its node there's a anti-DDoS appliance which sometimes it does false-positive packet drops.  Please try to use other nodes first whether it's only happenning on US Central (Phoenix, AZ - SingleHop) node.  

I tried different and it doesn't disconnect but I have higher ping when I use them.

How was US Central (Dallas, TX - QudraNet2)or US Central (Dallas, TX - QudraNet) mudfish nodes?

They're good but also disconnects but they're better in stability than US Central (Phoenix, AZ - SingleHop). As of the moment, I'm still using advance with US West (Los Angeles - VIG28 2) → US West (N. California - Amazon EC2 and I haven't disconnected for 2 days already and  I get a good ping.

I'm still not sure what is a fundamental reason of this disconnection issue.  It seems it requires multiple different tests to know what's a culprit.  Did you try to play the game without FastConnect mode before though it could lower your game performance?  

Haven't tried without it. I will try.

Unfortunately, not using fastconnect only makes my ping higher.

Yes I know but we need to simplify this issue as soon as possible whether FastConnect mode affects your disconnection issue or not. :-) So at least we need to verify that your issue still happens without FastConnect mode to know fundamental reason.  

Well I'm using US Central (Phoenix, AZ - SingleHop) now. So far it's good.
