First please check http://mudfish.net/docs/ for our official documents; specially Quckstart and [Data Plans](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/policy/data_plans.html) for your questions.  According to your account, it seems you'd changed the data plan from pay-per-traffic to subscription.  Now I'd reset it to pay-per-traffic so please try it again.  If mudfish is working properly, Tree of Saviour should work.  

It won't let me change back to data. So now it is saying I have to wait one month. I have no idea what is happening or why this has to be so confusing for something so simply. Am I already on a one month subscription or what? Looks like mudfish might be loosing one month money if I have to wait one month.

Did you try to log out and sign in again to be applied properly?  When I checked your account, it's already set as pay-per-traffic.  Please let me help you more if it's  still an issue.

And when I go to modify to traffice "Error no information has changed" cann't change.  

I guess I have no choice but to wait one month to switch to data, that blows :(  

Ooops... Where is my answer wrote yesterday... :-(  It seems I forgot to submit after writing.  
  
As latest update from my side, I'd reset your all mudfish credits and your data plan also.  Please log out and sign in again to be applied properly.  I'm not sure what happens yester with your account but I'd checked that you'd changed the data plan again from pay-per-traffic to subscription.
