I think most games are supported here on mudfish. You just need to look up the FAQ to do a packet dump for Tera - EU and upload it. The admin(s) work pretty quick here and should support it.  

:-) As mentioned by @lazyknob, please send me some game packets using [Packet Capture with Mudfish](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/support/packetdump_mudfish.html).  After analyzing packets, I can update the game item for that destination.  

Thanks for the responses! I only asked this because in the topic I linked the admin replied that he/she had problems trying to use the packet dump the user provided for this game. I'll give it a shot and update here once I've uploaded the file. =)

Things didn't go well with the packet dump. Using Full VPN mode flagged a 24 hour auto-ban on my account on the game (at the launcher). Luckily it was a dummy account I have just for doing the testing.

I guess that this issue is caused by Public IP change by Full VPN mode.  I think you should use same mudfish node to access the game server.

If you're familiar with Wireshark, you can try to use it for packet dump.  For a tutorial, here is a link,

Please stop the mudfish and start the packet dump against network card which connected with internet cable.  Even if it has region restriction, it should be okay for analayzing.  

I will try wireshark. How do I upload the packet dump via Wireshark to you? Or must I still turn on the capture mode on Mudfish? Thanks!

Please note that just using Wireshark wouldn't block the access to the game server at all.  

Hey! Sorry for not getting back with the Packet Dump. The start of June was a busy day for me and I could only log into the game to do things that didn't take much of my time, hence I never got around to logging into the backup account I had. I will do it very soon and send the packet dump to the aforementioned email (pray it works this time). Cheers!

I've tested this yesterday night. I can safely say that the connection to Tera EU server's is spot on, and the connection does seem to improve by a bit (but not better than the connection I've achieved with WTFast). There's some typo on the connection on Mudfish's client but that's minor :p    
    
However, when I first selected Auto (basic) the connection was fine. Later I tried a manual Advanced connection, and true enough, the game's server didn't like it it seems (I made sure FULL VPN was turned off prior to trying anything) and both my backup and main account was banned (auto 24 hour ban, hopefully).     
    
Just exercise caution when you're connecting to GameForge's servers. They're pretty anal about the whole tunneling thing. The same happens if you try PingZapper. The other tunnel softwares that don't hide IP addresses seem to work fine for me in the past. Mudfish seems to not hide IP address either, but as soon as I tried a manual Advanced connection (connecting from SEA to India), it got me auto banned.     
    
Anyway, this has been enlightening, and I've experienced something new. Cheers!   

Just something to take note of as a fellow VPN user. Firstly, Mudfish uses RTT numbers instead of 'ping'(which is what WTFast uses). This generally brings back higher numbers.  
  
Secondly, the ping which is reflected on their launcher tool tends to be lower than the one reflected on your Task Manager>Performance Manager> TCP connections.  
  
They are kinda shady.  
  

I don't use the latency on their tool as benchmark though as Tera's built in ping tool is more accurate. Playing this game over 4 years with this latency has given me enough experience in terms of bearings to tell exactly when the latency got +20ms higher or lower, the former usually the case. My temp account was unbanned and the other account is still banned. Sucks ;_;

It seems it's wrong way to play it with Mudfish.  In my opinion, their game server will check the last accessed public IP of client.   If I guess correctly, it'll try to do ban when the client's public IP is dramatically changed.  So in my opinion, you should pick a mudfish node you'd like to use it and don't change it anymore or rarely change it to other one.  Or if you'd like to use advanced mode for it, you should pick the last node of advanced mode as one you used to.

Yes it could be true or not because RTT (Round Trip Time) is changing depending on which protocol (TCP, UDP and ICMP) was used and which IP was used to test by game client or by Mudfish. So just looking  "Performance Manager" isn't reflect your real ping.  If your game supports built-in ping command, it'll be most exact value for it. :-)

Sorry for this story. :-(  I think it'd be very dependent on their (game publisher) policy.  You should ask it to their support.

Welp, for now, do not attempt any more logins and wait 24 hours exactly from the last attempt and they should unban you. It's an auto ban that happens when it detects a tunnel software that does this (not sure about Mudfish as it works and later doesn't).   
  
Just exercise caution from now on. I'm not trying to advertise but if you're in dire need of a quick latency fix for Tera EU I suggest WTFast and/or Battleping as they both work without a risk of ban. Cheers.

FYI If you want to remove a risk of ban completely using Mudfish, you should use [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) before launching the game client.
