Are you meaning that all CN nodes aren't reachable?  Or just one node isn't reachable?

Okay.  If a ping to all china nodes works, it means at least from your desktop, it's reachable.  
    
At http://en.loxch.com/servers.php link, you can see "internal IP" of each CN nodes by clicking the title.  Did you try to send a ping to "internal IP" of China nodes?  Is it all failing?  It could be different depending on which connection protocol is used for Mudfish.  

Test all connection protocol        
Result is same

ping CN nodes public IP- all ok        
        
ping public IP for any other VPN nodes  - all ok(ping for it stay same as without vpn so it seems signal go same route as without vpn)
