When you launch "Mudfish Launcher" with administrator, please check "mudrun.exe" process is running and listening a TCP port at 127.0.0.1:8282.  If you have a personal firewall program, you can try to temporary disable it because sometimes these detects Mudfish as false positive.  
  
Or you can find mudrun_stdout.txt log file at installation directory of Mudfish.  So you can check it or send it to support@loxch.com :-)  

mudrun.exe is running and i am brought to http://127.0.0.1:8282/signin where it asks for my username and password. Upon inputting, the dashboard never loads. I also tried this with my firewall disabled and reinstalled just to make sure but i am still getting the same problem.  
  
I'm not 100% certain how to check if it is listening to the TCP port properly so I have just sent mudrun_stdout.txt to support@loxch.com

Weird because I can see some response from the mudfish master server for dashboard.  I'm expecting that when you sign in, three processes (mudrun.exe, mudflow.exe and mudfish.exe) are running at that moment.  How about if you terminate mudfish.exe process manually?  Is it still same?

Ooops.. Are you meaning that terminating mudfish.exe process solves your issue?  If then please confirm it for me because you're terminating a main process of Mudfish so without it Mudfish wouldn't work properly.  
  
We need to solve this issue without terminating a mudfish.exe process.  

It seems that multiple mudfish.exe's were running at the same time for a single launch and terminating one of them acted as a temporary solution but then indeed it did not work properly afterwards. Now that i have tried using it again i am getting the previous problem i first reported and am getting this error: http://prntscr.com/c0sdmd
  
I don't know if it helps explain things but before i clean installed everything on this PC, i would use the launcher then have a popup for a new network which i would accept and then the mudfish program would function as it is supposed to and allow me to play mhf. However, i no longer receive any popup so i'm not certain if this would have any impact on whether mudfish can function if no popup appears

This is weird because if it really happens, it means there's something wrong in Mudfish.  If it works properly, only one mudfish.exe should be exist.

This error means a mudfish problem could not communicate with Mudfish master server.  I'm not sure this is a timing issue or other firewall issue.  Is it always happening whenever you launched Mudfish program?  

It was happening inconsistently. I'm not entirely sure what the cause of the problem was but i decided to clean install once more in hope it might fix the issue i was experiencing. It indeed did work this time and mudfish functions as it used to without any problems.   
  
Sorry if i have wasted any time of yours and thank you very much for your help in trying to fix this. Mudfish is a great VPN and i'm glad i'll now be able to continue using it.
