Hi, I have a question?  
Why do I have higher ping in CSGO than the ping displayed on realtime RTT chart in dashboard? for example I have on dashboard around 40 but in game I have 100?

Could you tel me which mudfish node did you use?  Did you try to specify a mudfish node based on [FAQ - Nodes](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/faq/nodes.html) for game item?  

I set the note in auto-mode, the node Hongkong-klayer was chosen and I used that to connect to HK-faceit server of CSGO. In the dashboard I saw that ping around 35 to 40. Last night when I play, it chose Japan server with ping of around 100. However when I restricted and allowed the game to connect to HK-servers only, I have more than 150 ping.  
I live in Vietnam. This happened in the last 2 days. Before, the first day I use mudfish I have around 50-70 ping, which is really great.  
I'll try to dig in the FAQ. Do you have any more recommendation for me?

Could you explain this part little bit more?  How did you restrict to pick a node within Hong Kong nodes?  At least Mudfish doesn't have a feature to limit the selection between specified groups.  If you're referring to "Node Manager" feature of "Setup -> Nodes" menu, it's not affected by "Auto Selection" mode for game items.

What I mean is I chose the node using the method in picking node FAQ. Then with CSGO, we have a legal program , match matching server picker to choose the favorite server for the game to find( based on windows firewall). In the recent 4 days, I have quite bad experience with ping in both dota 2 and CSGO. the ping when I don't use mudfish is 70 for dota 2, lower than when I use mudfish. For CSGO, however, in thiese 4 days, i have more than 100 ping, which is higer than the first 2 days I use mudfish. I dont' know why...  

Normally to analayze this symptom, best way would be with comparing the result of traceroute because this kind of problem is caused by routing changes.  When you get a chance and if you're familiar with WinMTR or PingPlotter, please check it against 203.175.166.11 (game server IP).  
  
It'll show more details about which hops cause this latency.

Now I can't even run the program properly (cannot open dashboard). everytime I run mudfish I have an error message: mudfish laucer error.

In fact I meet the error message, but I can still go to the IP/Port of mine. However I think in CSGO the program does not work because I see no reduction in ping (before that worked). For example I choose the cote as in the instruction, on graphs I see less than 120 ping in all ASIAN servers. But in game, my ping always 200 or more wherever the server is in Asia.  
It's very wierd, can you help me please?

Could you please check [How do I know if its working?](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/faq/program_common.html#how-do-i-know-if-its-working) section while playing the game?  It seems we need to check first whether the game traffic is bypassed through Mudfish.  
  
And please try to use [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) as temporary workaround.  You need to check that there's a ping difference with or without Full VPN mode too.
