mhmm, let's be specific here, since i don;t understand Korean. I want to play Blade and Soul NA and I'm live in Australia, Melbourne. The game itself is unable to open everytime i use the item list.

Did you check [Blade and Soul](http://wiki.mudfish.net/Blade%20and%20Soul) link before?  It seems around 200 ms would best result with Mudfish if I read your RTT information correctly.    
  
However before going further, please make sure that the basic functionality of Mudfish is fine with enabling [Full VPN mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fullvpn_mode.html) link and visiting http://myip.mudfish.net link.
