RTT 3000 means the packet loss.  Did you try to change a mudfish node for game item?  I'm not sure that this issue caused by a communication problem between a mudfish node you picked and your desktop.  

yes i tried all nodes and all spiking randomly every few sec, but then i try wtfast it doesnt have single spike for playing 2 hours. so i dont think it was my side problem...

I don't think that you tried all nodes according to history of configuration change on mudfish side.  Please try to use other AU or JP nodes for FFXIV game item. :-) At least "AU Oceania (Sydney - HostUS)" node isn't for you.  

i actually did tried all also with 2 servers  
i have 2 mudfish account, could count as i used for 2 months  
yes i did not try all jp nodes as i always know the ping is 200+ instead of 140 for my location (experienced with all VPN and GPN)

Are you meaning that without any kind of VPN or Proxies, you're getting 140 ms to FFXIV game?  
  
If then it seems it's lowest RTT you can get from your location.  According to current RTT information, "AU Oceania (Sydney - Amazon EC2)" node is one of best nodes to connect to Japan.

Weird... Did you try to set Full VPN mode" then visit http://myip.mudfish.net link?  I'm not sure that it's a mudfish node issue or other things.

I'm not sure that this issue is caused by a problem to communicate between your desktop and mudfish node.  Please try to change [Connection Protocols](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/references/connection_protocols.html) to other.

um...amazon EC2 works on all others but in UDP 500, which it is broken and staying 3000 rtt

Sorry I can't follow your question.  Which Amazon EC2 are you referring?  Is it at Japan? Or Sydney?  Only your issue is happening at Amazon EC2 node?

Weird... When you get a chance, please try to send a ping 10.255.160.1 from Command Prompt after setting the game item option with this node again.  I'm not sure that this issue is caused at between your desktop and mudfish node or between mudfish node and game server network.  

well it happen on my other account that is pay per traffic as well in UDP (Port 500) with AU Oceania (Sydney - Amazon EC2)

Could you please check it again?  It seems this issue is from Mudfish side.  

yeap, is working now, i got problem with my other account "KingXRay" that my credit 2.30$ AUD instantly disappear and go negative...  
didnt even use any of those games in those time and it wasn't in full vpn mode (never use it)
