Technical Support

Hello, I've trying connect to FFXIV:ARR North America from Vancouver, BC, Cananda. Which node should I select in the item's setting? Closer to me or closer to Montreal (their server location).
Also how do I know if the VPN is already running? I start the executable then it brings me to the dash board.
