It's completely different topic because as default Mudfish's operation model is based on IP level while WTFast is at application level. :-)  
  
I think "Leatrix Latency Fix" tool does all for you. :-)  However if you'd like to use similar one in Mufish, [FastConnect mode](http://mudfish.net/docs/en/vpn/features/fastconnect_mode.html) will do it for you.
