Unfortunately no way to solve this problem because it's a known problem. :-( At mudfish nodes, it doesn't provides DMZ, Super DMZ or port forwarding features to users.  So if you're using VPN (Virtual Private Network) program, I don't think there's a way to overcome this restriction.
