When I checked your error logs, I see the followings: MUDEC_00238: Packet loss rate 15.6% to ID Asia (Jakarta - CLDREU) It seems you're getting hugh packet losses when you use above node.  However with current information we don't know where these packet losses are from.  If you're familiar with WinMTR or PingPlotter, I think you can analyze your network.
