Hi , VoIP is blocked in my country therefore i cant use voice chat in my games, so i use mudfish to open voice , it worked well with some of my games but with Rainbow Six siege its not working , i still cant access voice chat even with mudfish , is there settings i can try or workaround that might help ?
the game tells me that i need NAT type open for best experience and i have moderate would changing to Nat type open solve the voice chat problem or it has nothing to do with VoIP ? . thanks
edit; my friend told me that he was able to use the voice chat with a VPN that changed his location < i dont know if that could help in finding my problem just wanted to add it.

8 year agothanks for your response , i cant activate full VPN mode it shows me one option only ( OFF ) , is it because my data plan is subscription ? . how can i activate it if it doesnt give me an option to do so ?

8 year agoi read that i have to have one paid item to enable full VPN mode so when i tried to follow the steps the data plan changed completely and i lost my two subscription items and i cant change it back , can you please help me fix this i didn't know that i will lose my subscriptions the steps said i had to buy at least a paid item with my subscription items it didn't say that i will lose my equipped items when i buy a paid item .

8 year agofull VPN mode solved the problem but i lost my subscriptions can i have them back :(, can i still use full VPN mode with my subscriptions , cause data plan subscription was perfect for me i just wanted to use the full VPN feature.

8 year agoOkay. Many issues are mixed at here. So as workaround, I'd refund your all items and changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic). I think you can change it to Subscription whenever you want. :-) Please try and let me know if there's something wrong.

8 year agothanks a lot ! and sorry for the Disturbance, i should have read the full VPN mode page carefully. everything back to normal again and i learned how to activate full VPN mode :). I've been using mudfish for a while and ill continue using it thanks to the great service you provide and to the excellent customer service.
