Mudfish app for Android doesn't work at all. Here's my Android spec: Sony Xperia Z3, Android 7.1.2 common VPN app like OpenVPN, Shadowsocks is working.

Umm. not sure why at this moment. :-(  Did you try to change Connection Protocols at app too?

not all protocol port tested, but well known port like UDP 53, TCP 443 just cause entire android phone not able to connect internet. and sometimes would crash app that using internet in foreground like chrome.

:-( Weird...  Did you try to use WiFI too instead of 4G network?  Was it same?
