Can't change to Pay per Traffic.I have send email about that problem to support@loxch.com.
Is this the email address that I need to send for help?
I can only play Dota 2 with mobile connection as my area can't access wired connection.
Could you please list steps or links for beginners what to do to have a lower ping for mobile player?
I got around 110 ping in dota 2 without using any other vpn.
I want to get ping at least 90 or lower than 80. 50 ping would be awesome! May be that can't be get by mobile user. But I have hope that you might because Korea has awesome internet speed!Thanks

I think I'd solved your issue now. :-) > Could you please list steps or links for beginners what to do to have a lower ping for mobile player? Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you're using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode. Now sure how your connection is stable to Singapore. But please try to use mudfish node manually.

8 year agoCould you please advise me when should I use "Full VPN"? Does Full VPN cost more or free? Is "Network profiles" creating every time I sign in normal? e.g. Network 1, Netowrk 2,...Thanks in Advance. :D

It's not free but it could cost a lot if you used wrong. Please check Full VPN mode for details. > Is "Network profiles" creating every time I sign in normal? Please check Merge network profiles for workarounds. :-)
